Melanie has been a mainstay at Children’s Dentistry since 1987. She loves seeing the children have a positive experience at the dentist. Erica Resendez has been with Children’s Dentistry since 1997. She left us for a little while, missed us and came back. In her former life, The Wahiawa, Hawaii native was a lei greeter for tourists welcoming them to paradise. Now she gets to work with kids daily - which she loves - and she’s also found a family in the staff. When she’s not scrapbooking, Erica and her family are out enjoying Florida’s beaches, theme parks and delicious restaurants.
Dr. Greg has been practicing in Tampa Bay for 25 years. The Cleveland, Ohio native and his wife, Sue, moved here in 1991. When he’s not creating beautiful smiles at Children’s Dentistry, he’s rooting for the Tampa Bay Rays, relaxing at home or at the YMCA working on his fitness. He also enjoys biking and fly fishing -- holding the title as a past president of the Tampa Bay Fly Fishing Club.
This year, Shannon celebrated 25 years with Children’s Dentistry! She’s been here from the beginning in 1991 and shares, “I love kids so working here is not like a job.” Some fun facts about the Tampa native are that she’s ambidextrous and has 9 brothers and sisters! She is fond of drawing, baking and spending time with family and friends.
